• check We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order.

• check We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the sole payment method.
• check All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock items.
• check Order confirmation will be sent via email or phone upon successful order placement.

We deliver across the UAE. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and demand. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the item to your specified address.

All renewed laptops come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures. For full warranty details, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

You may return your purchased device within 7 days of delivery, provided it meets our return conditions. For complete return and refund details, please visit our Return & Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adiz Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
